Blood product that consists of small cell fragments. They clot to prevent bleeding. Given to patients with severe injuries, surgeries, and cancer. Often confused for plasma.

Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
