Spanish for 'silver + gold'.Plata/silver-Oro/gold.
Name given to tiny mining town in the San Jaun Mountain Range in Southern Colorado.
Mined for silver and gold from the 1880s through prensent day.

At nearly 10,000ft. the Platoro Dam in Platoro, Colorado is the highest 'man-made' body of water in the United States.

Lego has to be the worst Playmore Mine in history. Timmy left a piece lying on the laminate flooring and I still walk with a limp a week later.

Planorat

similar to a hoodrat except it refers to a resident of Plano, TX that most likely didnt graduate high school and partakes in multiple extreme drugs. They are also highly liable to life there their entire lifespan, and just bum around feening for drugs

When I went home for the weekend I was picking up a dub sack and walked into an apartment with multiple Planorats dwelling inside drinking 4loko.
