Pussyghetti

A noun for a pasta made in long, slender, solid strings that is most commonly used in a flirtatious manner as an innuendo for cunnilingus derived from a child's mispronunciation of the word spaghetti.
Him: "What's for dinner?"
Her: *spreads legs* "PUSSYGHETTI."
