A person who switches on many identity spectra, including gender (i.e. genderfluid people), sexuality (i.e. pansexual or bisexual people), and sexual role (i.e. switchy or versatile people).

Person A:
Do you know what pronouns Ash uses? And do you know if they're into girls? They're pretty cute...
Person B: Oh, she likes all pronouns. He prefers to switch it up a little. And don't worry, they're panswitchual, it won't matter what your gender is. Go talk to him!
