Portmanteau or blend of "Pinoy Aussie," referring to a Filipino who migrated to Australia, embracing the country and its way of life, yet retaining some aspects of their Filipino heritage. May also refer to a person born in Australia of Filipino Heritage.
Etymology:

Pinoy - Slang for Filipino male.
Pinay - Slang for Filipino female.

A city in the bay area, specifically the east bay. Pinole is neighbors with San Pablo, Richmond, El Sobrante, and Hercules. It is split into two areas Old Town and Pinole Valley. Pinole valley is home to The Pinole Valley Spartans who have a kick ass football team. Pinole valley recently got a new shopping center which has a wall greens jamba juice peets coffee and trader joes. Then there's chalk hill, a hill which peoplego write shit with mainly bags or chalk. Pinole valley also has a pool, dog park, soccer park, and baseball park. Old town has Fernandez park which during the summer has Friday night movies. There's also the bay down at old town which is one of the coolest places in pinole. There's also just pinole which has a best buy, Target, In N out, And soon to be a fuckin chucky cheese! Pinole is a good town there's not a shitload to do but if you have a little weed it can turn any day in pinole pretty sweet.
