Phone Moan 

A game to play while receiving oral sex. You, the one receiving oral sex, call up a friend and talk with them as long as possible. If they figure out what's going on, you lose. If you can have the whole conversation without them knowing what's up, you win.

Stay-at-Phone Mom 

A woman with kids who decides not to work, so that she can spend more quality time with her cell phone. Often spotted at Costco, pushing strollers, and supervising playground visits while yakking to other S-A-P moms on her phone.

Wow, look at that Stay-At-Phone mom over there by the swingset! I bet her kids are crying because she's too busy talking to her best friend and won't push them.

Anyone that works in a call-centre type enviroment or where the majority of contact with the customers is done through the phone.
But in particular anyone that cant do anything other than follow a pre-written script.
