Phodography are the images that your social media friends post of their pets - usually a constant stream of heart-rending imagery. Can also be used for images of cats - much to their annoyance!

The special type of photography needed to capture the images of pandas that are covering their eyes with their paws.

"Hey, man, you ever seen a panda covering his eyes with his paws?"
"..."
"Yeah, that's right. Me neither."
"Well, I've seen PICTURES of pandas covering their eyes with their paws"
"Yeah, but that was using super photography! You wouldn't be able to see them in real life."
"I guess you're right, as usual. Next time I'll be sure to listen to you the FIRST time."

Term often misused to describe a "Camera Owner."

Photographer should define to individuals using cameras who are dedicated, show some level of skill, talent, or expertise, and usually persist in taking pictures for extended periods of their life.

Buy a piano you aren't automatically a pianist.
Buy a plane and you aren't automatically a pilot.
Buy a camera and you're a photographer.

Look I just got this camera at a garage sale, say cheese, I'll be your photographer.

Dude, you're just a camera owner... take the lens cap off... you've got a long way to go before you're a real photographer.
