A freelance position that turns into a full time job without benefits.
I was hired for a freelance position at Condé Nast, then instead of hiring me fulltime, they kept me on permalance.

Permadance 

Being stuck in a perpetual state of dancing, usually due to insane amounts of alcohol consumption and/or illicit drug intake. It is usually, but not always, instigated by "feel good music", including jam, rock, techno, or anything really.
Man, Derek has been in permadance all night. We're going to have to cut the music to get him out of here.
