Pardophile

Someone who is hard of hearing and says pardon alot and doesnt follow simple orders...

I told jimmy to clean up his mess, he just gave me a blank stare and said "pardon" this happened a few times before he finally walked over and put a bean on my dress...hes such a pardophile!
