2)A person, place or thing that is far beyond the ordinary by comparison to like persons, places or things.

3)Going beyond wild, ballistic or berserk.

The chimp went paraballistic and ripped the woman's face off then ate it with a banana and a nice chianti.

From the Greek (nou-) para- lazy; + botti - bum. Someone who makes out they're too ill to do anything when they're at home and then when they get out the front door they're fit and healthy all of a sudden!
