When you're out shopping and a typical Karen assumes you're an employee you can instantly win the ensuing argument by saying 'Ok Karen.' It's basically Ok Boomer but for Karens .

Karen: HEY! You! I need you to get me random item!
You: I don't work here...

Karen: GET ME YOUR MANAGER, I'LL HAVE YOU FIRED!
You: Ok Karen.

“Ok Karen” is a term used to dismiss people who are particularly vivacious or demanding. Karen is a stereotyped name of a woman who likes to speak to the manager and has -that- haircut, which in turn makes the term “Ok Karen.”

“”In about two seconds I’m gonna get really angry because you didn’t wash the dishes like I told you to.”

“Ok Karen.”

The Gen X version of “Ok Boomer”, but is more practically used on females (Usually in their 40s).

My mom turned on Parental Controls on my iPhone and downloaded YouTube Kids on there, so I gave her the “Ok Karen”
