Made Polybius in 1981. Founded by a welsh man named Steven Roach in 1978 in the Soviet-ruled modern day Czech Republic

Hellriegel 1915 

An Austro-Hungarian prototype machine gun fed from either a 20 round stick or a 160 round drum with a flexible chute, chambered in the 9x23mm Steyr cartridge

One bored farmer in the Austrian countryside had a Hellriegel 1915 hanging on his wall, taking it down from the wall to make blueprints, and taking it apart to make even more blueprints
