When you're in a store, grocery or some sort of 'mart, and there's some oblivitron standing in the middle of an aisle with their cart pretty much blocking the whole aisle and the rest covered by their body.

A person so unconscious and oblivious of their surroundings that they block the aisle from other shoppers.
