I'm not your friend buddy is an internet phenomenon that was inspired by an episode of "South Park". Usually occuring on message boards, the first person says "I'm not your friend buddy" and the next person will use the use the last word in the first comment as the first word in their comment, and will switch the their last word with either "pal", or "guy".

I line used in psychology to make someone break down and open up emotionally if repeated over and over again.

phrase used to point out to someone that they are out of their jurisdiction or speaking out of place. Used in instances when someone is making comments or decisions that are not related to their expertise, knowledge base, or responsibility.

You can look but don't touch. Particularly used when someone asks to SEE something with their hand extended. A hilarious quote from Mr. Burns on The Simpsons TV show.

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.

A)
The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.
