Noodle Sandwich 

A tasty nutritious meal consisting of bread and noodles, normally the generic store brand costing around 11 pence a packet, eaten by students who have spent large sums of money on alcohol and are forced into poor eating habits. Normally accompanied by meals such as Pasta and Beans and Cheese on Toast.

Vietnamese Noodle Sandwich 

National dish of Vietnam. The precise way in which it is made is a closely-guarded secret, handed down only by Vietnamese mothers to their daughters. However, the ingredients are public knowledge:

2 nubile Vietnamese women (if unavailable, substitute 2 Hmongs)
1 noodle (firm to touch)
2 meatballs
4 bamboo canes (for support)

Cook for approximate 1 hour. Once cooked, the ingredients will be covered in a tasty, nutritious gelatinous soup.

napoleon nipple noodle sandwich 

This defines someone who wears a snoopy hoodie with a sandwich on it. The sandwich is near their nipple (right on top). The person who thought of this name was also eating ramen so that is where the noodle is from. And the napoleon?? I really don´t know..
