Nigga#1: Look at this fade-ass dreads-ass looking-ass a nigga eating fried chicken with a watermelon drink and shit

Niggas is wilin'!

A term first used on the Chappelles Show, on the "Mad Real World" skit. It decribes a situation in which individuals(not neccesarily any particular race) are behaving in a loud, crazy, sometimes violent manner. Such behavior is usually drug or alchohol induced.

Mike: "Hey Vince! After we slam these beers Im bout to knock that nigga out, and leave the club with his girl."
Vince: "Niggas is wilin'!"
