Nooch: An expression used at the end of a joke or a bashing.

ex. Dude your mama is so fat, that when she sits aroud the house, man she sits AROUND the house! Nooch!

Therefore, a noochbag is someone who constantly bashes people and excessively uses the word Nooch at the end of their sentence.
