Miszlen is an informal word for miss. It combines miss,chicken, sizzling and implies anyones names in place.
It can be widely used to imply a group, a person generally of the female gender.
Instead of Miss Jackson, just use Miszlen.
Though this is not advised on anyone with higher authority as it can be seen as flirtatious and improper.
