One of many nicknames for Microsoft, this one hinting at the bureaucratic inertia and bloated code it has become famous for; generally synonymous with Microsloth.

Will Microslug release another Windows upgrade in our lifetime, or is Vista the end of the Road Ahead?

microcough

A tiny, almost imperceptible cough, usually hidden behind a mask due to; emphysema, asthma, allergies or the dreaded COVID, so as not to alarm others to your potential of being “the infected.”

I was walking through the grocery store and I had a tickle in my throat but I didn’t want people to think I was contagious so I let out a microcough.

microsleep

The kind of involuntary sleep you experience when you're really tired and trying to stay awake in a monotonous situation, like a class lecture. One minute you're propping your head in your hand, trying to pay attention, when all of a sudden you're out -- at least until your elbow slips sideways or your head falls forward, jarring you back to attention. Caused by a consistent lack of sleep over several days. Often the cause of car accidents, when the driver nods off during long hauls.

Man, I had a really bad microsleep during trig yesterday. I couldn't stay awake for more than a minute or two.

A deragotory way of referring to Microsoft; usualy used by people who use alternative operating systems such as GNU/Linux, BSD, or Mac OS X.

<tech support> So you're using Windows XP?
<me> No, heck no. I don't put any of that Microsuck software on my computer.

Microsuck

An insult to refer to Microsoft for their errors in console gaming ventures, such as the way the backwards compatibility in the x-box360 is flawed and has trouble working sometimes with what should have been easy games to incorporate into the system. Thus the angry response of "Damn you Microsuck!"
And possibly a "Dear ass faces letter"

Murphy:Dude whats wrong?
Ryan:Damn Microsuck and their stupid system!
Murphy:What?
Ryan:Okay if the game lags out during KOTR2 and I die at the START thats a fail on Microsuck.

I don't blog at that site anymore. They only allow microblogging about ass boils.
