a type of event that happens in a chatting room in which a Monsoon like tide of meme shitposting occurs with multiple individuals involved in it.

this word could also refer to the popular MGRR Monsoon who likes memes, and the fandom just refer him by conjoining the word meme and monsoon and here we are at the present.
