The Combination of a typical breakfast at Mcdonalds and a typical lunch at Mcdonalds!

You enter the establishment when they are switching from breakfast to lunch

You: Duh Hello i would like to purchase a Big Mac AND MOTHERFUCKER MY ORDER IS NOT DONE YET, i would also like an egg mcmuffin.

Assembly
1.Take off bottom part of the Egg Mcmuffin
2.Take the top half of the Big Mac leaving the middle bun on the bottom half of the Mac
3. put the remaining Egg Mcmuffin on top of the middle bun of the Big Mac
4. put the top half of the Big mac on top of the Egg Mcmuffin
5. Using one of those plastic knives you get at mcdonalds, spear the knife into the middle of the Mcbrunch all the way down to the bottom bun.

6. YES. AFTER ALL THAT WAIT YOU'VE GOT A FUCKING
McBrunch!
