Mangana

An alternative to saying "good man". This word was born from saying "good man" multiple times in quick succession, usually 3 times. It is pronounced "mang-an-ah", not "man-ghana".

It is also good practise to repeat it using an echo style effect until it becomes inaudible.

manganoke

Manganoke (漫画の怪) is a full colored anime-like manga instead of the traditional black and white manga styles. It was created by manga artist Michiru Bokido. 漫画 meaning "manga", の "no" grammatical preposition, and 怪 "ke" meaning spirit/strange.

Manganoke is weird because it's like reading an anime instead of an old-fashioned manga.
