malfactice 

The charge or accusation of the practice of; knowingnly or (though rarely) unknowingly giving a bad definition or fact as related to a many things. Commonly, the charge is levied on a person who runs their mouth to impress, sound smart, or be part of a conversation they know nothing about.
Because of his ramblings on about everything, he was charged with malfactice by his co-workers.

Malfacts 

To take information and use malicious or even malevolent language to imply other meanings then refer to them as Facts. Sometimes referred to as Spin but Malfacts has a more sinister meaning. Often used by Shock Jock's or troll's just to illicit a response from their audience by pandering to ignorance, prejudice or directed against a considered, logical opinion.
