A secret Menu item. When you go to McDonald's and your choice of a secret menu item is to order a Hamburger and put fries in it. Whereas all your friends are ordering the bigger and more inventive secret menu items such as the McGangBang.

British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
