Liub is an abbreviation for, Light It Up Blue.

Mainly used for Autism Awareness day, which is April 2nd.

Me: "It's April 2nd, I'm gonne LIUB for my family!(:"
Friend: "What does LIUB mean?"
Me: "Light it up blue."
