Libbyland 

A popular nickname for Oakland, California, inspired by the name of its current mayor.

Any county, city or township that ineffectually employs utopian ideals or idealistic policies to address dystopian problems.
I ran three consecutive stop signs after peeling donuts in a sideshow. A nearby cop who saw me was too busy to do anything. Later, I lit a cigarette in a food court garden and was cited. I guess our town is becoming another Libbyland.

A piece of land and self-proclaimed micro-nation between Croatia and Serbia. Not Serbia nor Croatia claimed it so one guy did, and then grew a community around it. He considers Liberland an independent, free nation and wants to get national recognition.
