Liberland 

A piece of land and self-proclaimed micro-nation between Croatia and Serbia. Not Serbia nor Croatia claimed it so one guy did, and then grew a community around it. He considers Liberland an independent, free nation and wants to get national recognition.

Croatian police has problems with people entering it, due to illegal Schengen entry violation
