Leatherpop 

Portmanteau of leather and lollipop. It can be used to describe what a bootlicker loves more than anything, the dripping, slobbered boots of oppressors, or it can be used as a synonym for the very bootlicker themselves.

"Donating to the local police is Paul's personal leatherpop."

1) Shrub or small tree of southeastern United States to West Indies and Brazil; grown for the slender racemes of white flowers and orange and crimson foliage.
Used by the Indians for making rope.

2) Fairly uncommon last name. Easy to spell though idiots will sill ask you how to spell it.
