An awesome dude who spazzes out at concerts and dances like crazy. Many people enjoying making fun of the Kratchys of the world. Kratchys can make your day, but can also be dumbfucks. Usually a kratchy will be extremely intelligent, but also a procrastinator who becomes too lazy to become an eagle scout. Usually has a small penis.
