It's a rare and strange name and it comes from Russia. It's actually not a name, more like a nickname that friends give you after an incident or something related to your interests. For example, a girl who is interested in korean culture and watchs doramas every single hour.
That girl is beautiful, and that beauty comes from her inner world. Of course, she's pretty and cute enough to call her beautiful, but it's nothing compared to her feelings and/or emotions, that she will never show, and her inner "me", that she hide behind a mask of a cold, intelligent and silent person. She is one of the kindest persons, who will always give you a hand even if you gave her pain she'll never forget. She loves to think about strange things and you will never understand her and her thoughts, but it doesn't matter for her because you're her friend...

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
