Julung is a great friend but can be really annoying and bullshit at the majority of times but can be cool at random times and it gets annoying as you get closer to him. But he will make you laugh from time to time.
Guy 1: Hey look at that bastard walking like he's cool!
Guy 2: Probably a god damn Julung.
