To really chince out when pouring a drink. It's when you say "double" but really the bartender only pours you a "one and a half". Rarely acceptable. Acceptable only under exceptional circumstances such as your bartender being exceptionally hot and dressed really scantly. You are willingly paying the price of a jewpour in order to have the eye candy around you under that circumstance.

Hulk was sooo mad that the bartender Jewpoured him a drink. Took Hulk 10 drinks to get a Hulk Buzz. Hulk Mad. Hulk Man Really Mad.
