Mike: Lucas Hamilton! You know, the guy up the street who has 9,000 followers!

Niche Internet Microcelebrity Syndrome is a syndrome afflicting internet users, usually on Twitter. Niche Internet Microcelebrity Syndrome refers to the mentality that one gains usually due to one or more of the following: A follower count of >1000, a decent fanbase, and 2-3 loyal dickriders on their social media. This is often an incurable syndrome, and can be combated with frequent bullying & ego checking.
