Verb, kinda, cause there is no action. After smoking hella Cannabis indica (marijuana) the person becomes incapacitated and worthless.

incapacitated
When one is too intoxicated from drugs or alcohol to function on a normal level and perform daily actions such as drive, work, go to school ect. Not nessisarily indicating a heavy level of intoxication.
