Hridaan
An Indian name with the word ‘daan’ in it which means give. Therefore a person named hridaan is ‘one who gives’ or a person who is very generous and kind. The name hridaan has travelled with many Indian warlords, and is also one to show bravery and strength. Hridaan was the name of a well known Indian philosopher, and has at times also been referred to as a one who is an intellect, while also staying humble. The word hridaan was derived from ridan which meant power in an ancient Indian scripture written by the Brahmans, meaning someone with this name is likely one of great power. From Indian folklore, a boy named hridaan or hridhaan was one with many talents but was poor and lived in a small village, as the boy grew he possessed great power and strength with knowledge in all fields, and it was later found out that he was blessed by the sun god as a child. He had all the powers of a god, but his blessings came with a curse, he was unable to love or hate, and not show feelings in any form. Due to this, with all his strength he shot an arrow at the sun and lost all his talents, he became a mortal, able to love and feel for the first time. Having a hridaan in your life is a blessing, it is hard not to get jealous of him, but having a hridaan in your life means that he will never give up on you, and is always willing to help, no matter the situation he might be in.
