Usually a chick who can't get over herself and pretends to be insecure while wearing a tiny and revealing skirt and crop top. They usually also pretend to be slutty and get with guys for attention. A hizno is a woman who will seem to be everything you've dreamed of in a woman and will make you feel like the only guy in the world.
