Usually a term to describe an uber religious man who likes to watch his woman have sexual relations with other men, because he is saving himself for marriage. He may also be described as a "cuck" or "simp" at times.

Man1: "hey whats johnny doing tonight?"
Man2: "i think he's hanging out with Veronica and her guy friends."
Man1: "No way is he really being a Hexman right now?"
Man3: "i heard this same thing happen last weekend."
