A feeling of nostalgia, and missing something, while portraying the exact emotions felt at that moment of the memory.
The name comes from holding a memory close to ones heart. It is a very hard feeling to describe. It can also be used in place of nostalgia.
Person 1: oh my God I love this song!
Person 2: this song makes me feel so held, it reminds me of when I left school.
Person 1: that's nice
