A person with a handicap license plate or sticker who doesn't have any physical ailments other than spending too much time at the bakery or buffet.

Hey, look at that fat shit at the dunkin donuts, I think she has a handifat license plate. I'll bet she hasn't seen her feet in ten years.

A person who uses a handicapped parking sticker illegally so that they may park in the spots closest to the building.

Look at that handifaker. They just put a blue tag in their windshield so that they don't have to walk an extra 50 feet.

A term coined by the webcomic El Goonish Shive. A handicat is the word for being unable to move because a cat is sitting on your lap or another part of your body.

I ended up stuck in a chair all afternoon because I had a handicat.
