Dr Halfsleeve

A person who gets a tattoo on half of their arm and refuses to get any other tattoos. Any "Dr Halfsleeve" is also susceptible to getting a ridiculous tattoo such as a fat stripper or Asian lettering.

"Did you hear Dr Halfsleeve finally got another tattoo?"
"What is it?"
"A panda."

Dr Halfsleeve went to a job interview and was hired despite his tattoos. Tattood and employed.
