Referring to a member of a Fraternity. Grother stands for "gay brother". This does not necessarily mean the Grother in question is a homosexual.

A LinkedIn user who habitually misspells hashtags, often substituting intended terms like #growth with embarrassingly incorrect alternatives such as #groth—a term slangily known to describe the act of defecating while masturbating. This cringe-inducing practice not only highlights their lack of attention to detail but also inadvertently drags their employer or business through the mud, turning professional networking into a spectacle of second hand embarrassment.
