A small town east of Montana. Compared to other towns in Montana, its more medium-sized, but the general population would consider Glendive as a small town. It has a subway, its own pizza place (Monte Carlos), a pizza hut, its own
Mexican place (Los Amigos, formerly Mexico Lindo), a skating rink, and two Chinese places. One of them is rumored to be closing, just like their steakhouse (Dickeys), K-Mart, McDonald's, and Taco John's. In
truth, if you've lived there for a while you begin to realize there's not much to do there and it can get pretty boring. However, the Yellowstone
River runs through it and it has a lake too, so if you wanted to go paddle
fishing or out for a swim, not in the
river, you could. There's a Golf Course, Theater, Bowling Alley, and a Library. Its got a couple sections of town to live in. There's the houses by the
ABC Cal Ripken
Baseball Field, on the west side of town by Whipkey park and Makoshika, an RV park by the Reynolds, by the hospital, by the softball field, by the Diner, Forest Park, across Forest park, and by the cemetery. If you wanted your own land, you can build a
house outside of town. It has tons of dirt roads that lead out to the countryside, so go ahead and start a farm if you want.
