Describes the act of creepily hitting on either a male or female at the most awkward/inopportune moments.

The way Mike kept staring at and brushing up against Mindy at her mom's funeral was a wee bit gitterish.

A Glitterist, much like a stylist, is a person who typically advises individuals on, for example, new glitter trends, glitter clothing styles, glitter colours and glitter make-up.
