1) A hotel seemingly in the ghetto.
2) A hotel that is far away from the sites and attractions of the city that you are visiting.
3) Any lower-tier chain of a major hotel brand - i.e. A Courtyard Marriott.

Matt: "Where are you staying this week during the conference? The Marriott? Hyatt?"
Jennifer: "No, I am staying in some ghettel 24 miles and 45 minutes of traffic away."

In order to make a 240 sx a skyline, you have to earn a degree in ghettology.

Qualifying adjective (m, s) (specific term used by young people in a joking way);

1) It indicates a person with homiesexual attitudes.
2) Another meaning that the term can go to express is a great stupidity due to an action already carried out. (giving less importance to the actual meaning) (the second definition is used more often for girls than for boys, so as not to undermine their orientation too much but only their intelligence)

Ghettero

Ghettero is a slur between Ghetto and Hetero. Ghetto has come to mean almost anything now days. But all in all it usally means strait up or extreme. Hetero means strait like heterosexual is oriented to the opposite sex. So pretty much Ghetero is strait up extreme, boss , awesome, the bomb.
