Someone, typically a male who performs in drag at nighttime and looks like neither male nor female in the daytime. Extremely feminine thin eyebrows, 5 o’clock shadow and smooth body. Usually painted nails too. Androgynous but in a messy way.

I do drag at night but I don’t tweeze or shave my eyebrows. Instead I cover them will glue and put foundation over that. This way in the daytime I don’t look like a “Gender Fuck”

The word is very seldom used in a derogatory sense, and genderfucked individuals usually describe themselves as such.
