Literally means: "ghe sboro"

An Italian expression for: "what a cum"
It's NOT used as a sexual expression despite its sexual connotation.

It's used as the expression: "whoa that's sick man!"

Or: "I'm so lucky", "Yuppie! I won!", "I am really happy because of this thing that happened recently"

We consider this expression as an invention of the well-known Italian YouTuber and Twitch Streamer based in Switzerland "IlMasseo" that recently made a song with this expression as title.

Because of its shortness and versatility it can be used in any language.
Situation: you won a bet with your stepsister
You: "Ghe sboro! Now go clean the dishes you loser!"

Your stepsister: "Uff you won! Now I go clean the dishes"

Situation: your friend, finally, has a girlfriend
Friend: "Brooo, I got a girlfriend!"
You: "GHSBR!!!"
You: Wait, it's a Minecraft girlfriend isn't it? 😑
Friend: ...yeah

Ghabriel

Ghabriel is a unique name. It is the name of an angel although there is an h after the G. Isn't that odd? Its fine because a Ghabriel is strong, handsome, and good at keeping secrets. A Ghabriel is also very loyal if you get the trust that is needed. The Archangel Gabriel is a messenger meaning that he is great at keeping secrets. There is no difference between a Gabriel and a Ghabriel except for the h that is added in Ghabriel.
Person 1: "Do you know Ghabriel?"
Person 2: "Which one? The one with the h?"
Person 1: " Yep that one. I just think he's very strong, handsome, loyal, and everything you could ever want."
Person 2: "Yeah, he really is something else."

murderhobo

In a tabletop game, a murderhobo is a player who murders NPCs indiscriminately. This is normally derogatory, referring to a player who totally ignores quests, dialog, backstory, trade, world building etc.

The term is most common with Dungeons and Dragons, but it can be applied to most RPGs where the player is allowed to kill most quest-giving NPCs and NPC traders. E.g. Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Divinity original sin.
