Franner 

Can be used to replace a word you forgot or a person. The exact definition depends on context and can also often be used to replace a swear word. Also usually meant in a negative context but can upon exception be good.

People post FrankerZ to mean a joke, sarcasm, or just to post FrankerZ. There is also a popular song based of FrankerZ that consists of a lyrics that are 90% filled with the word "FrankerZ"
