The act of choking a sexual partner (usually female) until her face turns red and puffs up. At the point where the partner is nearing a state of fainting, the partner providing the choking will unload his bodily fluids on the chokees face. Creating the Fuffy Marshmellow effect

Advertised by Homestar Runner, who eats about 147 of them with a "tall glass of melonade!" (or marmalade). It's mascot is a big white marshmellow called Marshie (thats M, then arshie!). Not to be confused with "Flushy Push Marshmellows", "Fluffity Puffity Marshalades" or "Fluffy Puffies".
