Someone who is constantly hitting on, flirting with, or otherwise exhibiting horny and flirtatious behavior towards others.

Coworker 1: "What are you having for lunch?"
Coworker 2: "I'm looking at it ;)"
Coworker 1: "Ugh, flirsty ass"
