the state of being or resembling a fetus. usually occurs after a rough night of drinking.

Ex.) Vu drank too much again last night. He is curled up in a ball and hasn't eaten all day. He is fetile.

Note: Not to be confused with fertile. Fetile emphasizes potential, fragility, and early formation.

The concept was still fetile — untouched, vulnerable, and not ready to face the world.
